Design Inspiration from Traveling

I’m by no means an accomplished architect or designer.  In fact, I’m still working on getting my license and developing my talent in architecture.  This post is really just to share a few of my travel photos, and why I make travel a priority – obviously for the inspiration.

This is in Sydney, Australia at the Royal Botanic Gardens.
Another building in Sydney, Australia.  This was the first time I’ve seen a building covered in plants.
A fountain in Sydney, Australia
An old WWII bunker at Fort Casey on Whidbey Island, Washington. This was my first time ever visiting one, which was pretty cool.
The Alamo.  A building standing the test of time.
Cairns.  I just love the design of this shallow pool, which is pretty much an extension of the beach.
Another cool piece of tech in Cairns that I’ve never seen back home.
Vivid Sydney.  If there’s ever a time to visit, it’s when they put on Vivid Sydney.  It’s worth it.
Top of the De Young Museum in San Francisco.
The Great Barrier Reef in all her glory.
Love street art.
Filoli Gardens in the Bay Area.
